Expanding the Movement

Men of Action is growing beyond one city—developing leaders and establishing environments that transform lives across regions.

Why Expansion Matters

What’s happening inside Men of Action isn’t meant to stay in one room.

We are expanding because:

• Lives are being transformed
• Leaders are being developed
• Communities are asking for it
• Stewardship requires multiplication

This is not growth for visibility.

This is growth for impact.

Where We Are Now

• 5 cities have already expressed interest
• Leaders are being developed for future regions
• Systems are being built for sustainable growth

This isn’t hypothetical.
It’s already happening.

How We Expand

Expansion is not random.

We do not launch new cities based on hype, opportunity, or funding alone.

Expansion happens through:

  • Leader Readiness

Leaders must be formed, aligned, and proven.

  • Demand

There must be real people ready to engage—not just interest.

  • Alignment

Leaders must carry the values, culture, and identity of Men of Action.

  • Relationship

Expansion only happens through connection—not isolation.

  • We don’t plant locations. We develop leaders who carry environments.

What Must Never Be Lost

As we expand, we protect:

• Identity
• Culture
• Accountability
• Truth
• Connection

If we lose who we are, we lose everything.

Who Can Lead a Region

Regional leaders must be:

• Proven in character
• Consistent over time
• Connected to leadership
• Humble and accountable
• Aligned with truth
• Focused on building people—not themselves

Leadership is not given—it is recognized.

How Leaders Are Prepared

Before leading a region, individuals are:

• Developed through MOA environments
• Trained in leadership and facilitation
• Observed for consistency and fruit
• Connected relationally to the core team

We don’t rush leaders.
We build them.

Accountability Doesn’t Stop at Leadership

If a regional leader begins to drift:

• They are addressed directly
• They are supported and restored when possible
• They are held accountable to truth and alignment

If necessary:
• Leadership is removed
• Structure is protected
• The environment is preserved

No one is above accountability.

What Expansion Looks Like

Each region includes:

• Weekly Men of Action environments
• Leadership development pathways
• Community outreach initiatives
• Connection to the central MOA structure

Goal:
To create consistent, high-impact environments across cities.

Where This Is Going

• Regional presence across multiple cities
• National expansion
• International influence
• Leaders developing leaders at scale

Key Line:
This is being built to reach nations.

Be Part of the Expansion

You can:

• Express interest in launching a city
• Support expansion through partnership
• Connect with leadership
