What a Women of Action Night Feels Like

A COMMUNITY WHERE YOU CAN BE KNOWN

Bring your questions.
Bring your experience.

Life can hold responsibility, uncertainty, joy, and exhaustion at the same time. We make room for honest conversation across different seasons of life.

We explore Scripture, pray, learn from one another, and encourage growth that continues beyond the gathering.

What we practice together

Honest reflection

Recognize your needs, patterns, strengths, and areas for growth.

Healthy relationships

Practice communication, boundaries, mutual respect, and accountability with care.

Faith expressed through action

Connect what you believe with the choices you make.

Purposeful participation

Use your experience and gifts to contribute to your family and community.

The work begins within us.
The difference reaches the people we love.

Becoming healthier changes how we listen, communicate, handle conflict, and keep our commitments.

At MOA and WOA, we learn to take responsibility for our part, build trust through consistent action, and show up with greater care as parents, spouses, friends, and leaders.

Whether you are strengthening a marriage, reconnecting with your son or daughter, or learning to build healthy relationships while single, there is room to grow—and a community to grow alongside.

Women of Action

A space for women to grow, heal, and become who they were created to be.

Where identity is restored, voices are strengthened, and women step fully into purpose.

Too Many Women Are Carrying More Than They Should

You can be strong and still need support.
Strength doesn’t mean carrying everything alone or always having the answers. It doesn’t mean ignoring what you feel or pushing through what needs to be healed. Real strength is being honest about where you are, allowing yourself to be seen, and giving yourself the space to grow, process, and become whole.

Women are expected to:

• Show up
• Hold everything together
• Be strong for everyone else

But rarely given space to:

• Process
• Be honest
• Be poured into

Our Story

Women of Action was born out of what was already happening inside Men of Action.

As men began showing up, opening up, and experiencing real growth—there was a noticeable shift. Conversations were honest. Breakthroughs were happening. Lives were being challenged and changed.

And it didn’t go unnoticed.

Christopher’s wife began to hear and see what was taking place—the vulnerability, the growth, the transformation—and recognized something important:

Women needed a space like this too.

A space where they could be real.
A space where they could grow.
A space where they could be poured into—not just pour out.

So she said it clearly:

“We need one for the women.”

And from that moment, Women of Action was created.

Not as an add-on—but as a necessary extension of the same mission:

To help people grow, heal, and become who they were created to be.

This Is Different

• It’s not just talking—it’s transformation
• It’s not just listening—it’s engagement
• It’s not just community—it’s accountability
• It’s not just encouragement—it’s growth

You don’t just show up.

You change.

What a Women of Action Night Feels Like

This is a glimpse into the environment—real conversations, real connection, and real growth.

Free Tuesday gatherings for women 18 and older. When we meet in person, food begins at 7:00 p.m. and conversation at 7:30 p.m. Central.

WOA meets on Zoom some weeks and in person on others. Please contact us before attending so we can confirm where and how the group is meeting.

Expect honest conversation, encouragement, practical accountability, and room to listen. You do not have to speak, pray aloud, or share a personal story.

We follow Jesus Christ and welcome women of every faith background who want to grow and serve. We ask everyone to listen respectfully, honor boundaries, and protect others’ personal stories.

Need childcare? Tell us in advance so we can discuss availability. Email info@wearemoa.org to connect with the WOA team.

What Women Experience

• Clarity
• Confidence
• Healing
• Growth
• Support
• Accountability

You don’t have to figure it out alone.

Stronger Together

Women of Action has its own leadership and community within the MOA movement.

Joint nights bring men and women together for honest conversation, connection, and shared growth. Contact us for the next confirmed joint-night date.

The work reaches beyond the gathering: how we communicate, build trust, parent, partner, and show up for the people around us. Healthier relationships help build stronger families and communities.

Who This Is For

Women who:

• Want more out of life
• Feel stuck or overwhelmed
• Are ready for real growth
• Want community and accountability
• Are open to change
